Our services

We provide training workshops around gender, racial, and sexual inclusion; equity-focused leadership; and intersectional and decolonial integration practices.

We provide program and institutional assessments around equity and inclusion with professional data analysis reports.

We work with schools and colleges to reimagine their syllabi, materials, and goals to align with intersectional, decolonial, and equity-centered frameworks.

Our approach

At Otherwise Strategies, we believe equity work must go beyond the checklist-it should be visionary and embedded into all aspects of the practice.

Our story

Founded by Dr. María Célleri, a scholar-practioner in gender, ethnic, and decolonial studies, Otherwise Strategies partners with non-profits, corporations, and schools to facilitate inclusive and justice-minded practices to actually shift culture. From assessment to planning and training, we help you build practices that reaimagine what leadership looks like in your workplace.
