Founded by Dr. María Célleri, a scholar-practioner in gender, ethnic, and decolonial studies, Otherwise Strategies partners with non-profits, corporations, and schools to facilitate inclusive and justice-minded practices to actually shift culture. From assessment to planning and training, we help you build practices that reaimagine what leadership looks like in your workplace.
